Happy Friday!  Whoohoo!  We are excited to attend a wedding this weekend.  A wedding in February - how romantic.  I also had a wedding in February...almost 17 years ago.  UNBELIEVABLE!  Still love my handsome, hard working husband! ANYWAY...I forgot to link Brittany's 3rd Thyroid Post.  I know several of you are following it.  Here is the link.

There is a little tiny organ in your body that is oh so important.  It is called the thyroid.  Most of you know that I don't have one due to having thyroid cancer.  Although the cancer is gone (thank you, Jesus!) the symptoms are something that I fight with on a daily basis.  I once read a quote about thyroid cancer and it is true for me..."Thyroid cancer doesn't always affect the quantity of your life, but it certainly affects the quality."  If you know anything about the thyroid then you know that could preach!!  I have a wonderful nurse practitioner friend that I went to college with.  She has an equally wonderful blog that is packed full of incredible information about the body!  The link below will take you to her first post on the thyroid.  There is more coming this week that I will share.  Happy Wednesday to all, and may your thyroid stay healthy!  :)
